Tucker Yochim was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. At 16 he made guest appearances playing and singing lead with the Marshall Tucker Band. At 19 he formed The Sid Yochim Band after his late father Sid Yochim as a duo group with his sister Sydney. Navigating to a solo career in 2013, The Tucker Yochim Band was formed.
Inspirations for the unique blend of Country, Blues, and Southern Rock comes from a love and passion for music that moves the soul.
Cutting his first solo album this fall with a projected January release date, with featured artists including: Charlie Daniels, Dicky Betts/Allman Brothers and Chris Stapleton/Steeldrivers.
Tucker has spent the last two years “paying his dues” in venues such as The Grand Ole Opry, The Ryman, Legends, The Stage, Tootsies, Whiskey Bent, Bootleggers, Honky Tonk Central, Winners-Whiskey Jam, Soulshine Pizza Factory, French Lick Casino, Hard Rock Cafeʼ and many, many more.
